Tulips by Caroline Heath

These are tulips. They grow in Holland. They are native to Eastern Turkey. They grow between 4 inches and 28 inches high. They need full sun. Some people say that tulips are edible. Some people say they aren't. Some tulips smell good & some don't have a smell. Tulips take several months to grow and bloom.Tulips grow from a bulb. Tulips are annuals or perennials depending on where they
are grown.
(P.S tulips are my mom's favorite kind of flowers!)

He was born on August 23, 1912 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and died on February 2, 1996.
His mother made sure all of the 5 kids took dance lessons. He was 7 when he started.
